Anyone know how to remove spyware?

Hey, I downloaded something, and since then someone has been watching me with Spyware. I have no control over my account on the computer and he can bring me to any website against my will. Last night he put about 150 blank Batch Files on my desktop. If you're wondering how I'm typing this if I have no control over my computer account, it's because I'm on my brothers computer account. Anyways, if anyone could help me that'd be great.
